Earth 83 - SOLD
This is another ‘studio accident’. Right in the middle of creating this painting I dropped something on the floor. In my left hand I had a plastic cup filled with epsom salt sized stones. When I bent over to pick up the object on the floor I accidently spilled the stones on the wet canvas! Well, you can imagine my surprise when I saw how the stones interacted with the paint. And when you turn it in different directions … oh, my! Very, very texturized! I just love ‘studio accidents’ … they are rather amazing.
