What a piece of art! This painting captures your imagination quickly. Is it an underwater scene? Could be. Is it a scene in a tropical forest? Could also be. The painting is to you what you see, so let your imagination loose and explore.
The morning after the painting was finished I looked at it and, lo and behold, a small animal of some kind, a gecko, a large beetle, a chameleon, something crawled across the canvas left of the white area on the bottom edge, made a few detours, then continued toward the upper left corner. However, it didn’t make it to the edge. The tracks stop just to the left edge of the red paint on the middle left. I looked all around the studio, on the drying table, under it, under the canvas and could not find my visitor. Maybe Providence could see that this little being was in trouble and covered in oil paint, and lifted him out to safer territory. Interesting, to say the least!
This painting can be displayed in all four directions to reveal new images and give a whole new ‘look’, and will grace any wall in your home and be an interesting conversation piece. The original painting is done on canvas mounted on stretcher bars, and is framed.
